DESSERT FRUIT PIZZA 
Pastry for 2-crust pie
1 (12 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

PIE FILLING:

1 can blueberry or 1 can strawberry or 1 can pineapple or 2 cans cherry

OPTIONAL:

Decorate with piped cream cheese or whipped cream or teaspoonfuls of same.

Roll pastry to 14" circle, put on 12" pizza pan. Flute edges, prick crust. Blend cream cheese and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or more. Cool. Spread pie filling over cheese layer. Serves 10 to 12.
