NEW ENGLAND YAM BAKE 
20 oz. pineapple slices (reserve 1/4 c. juice)
2 (17 oz.) cans yams

Line sides of dish with pineapple slices, slightly overlapping. Arrange yams in center. Pour 1/4 cup juice over yams.

Make crumbs with the following: 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. butter

Stir into mixture - 1/4 cup nuts. Sprinkle over yams. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with marshmallows; broil until brown.
