SUNBURST YAM BAKE 
2 (1 lb.) cans Royal Prince yams, drained
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Place yams in pie plate or shallow baking dish. Cover with pineapple. Dot with 1/2 cup orange marmalade and 2 tablespoons of butter, 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with 1 cup miniature marshmallows. Return to oven until lightly browned.
