CHILI MAC 
1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can chili beans
1/2 c. sm. elbow macaroni
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper

Remove sausage meat from casing. Saute first three ingredients. Cook macaroni and drain well. Add drained macaroni, tomato sauce and chili beans to sauteed meat mixture. Season to taste. Heat thoroughly.
