CHILI PASTA CASSEROLE 
8 oz. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) chili with beans
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. macaroni, cooked 5 minutes
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. green chilies, chopped

In large skillet, stirring frequently, brown beef and onion on medium high heat. Add chili, tomato sauce and oregano. Cook, stirring 1 minute. Add macaroni. Toss to coat well. Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole. Stir together cheese, sour cream and chilies. Spread over macaroni mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until heated. Serves 6.
