CHILI MAC 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
7 1/4 oz. pkg. macaroni & cheese
30 oz. can chili
Pinch chili powder (opt.)
Dash hot sauce (opt.)

Melt butter. Add onion and green pepper; saute. Meanwhile, heat chili and seasonings. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Add onion-pepper mixture to macaroni and cheese, then fold in chili and serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
