KOLACKY 
1/2 lb. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (12 oz.) can fruit filling

Cream butter, cream cheese, milk and sugar. Add beaten egg yolk. Mix well. Add sifted flour and baking soda. Roll 1/8 - 1/4-inch thick, cut in squares or circles. Makes a depression in the center and add a teaspoon of filling.

Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or till slightly brown. Cool on racks. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
