OLD FASHIONED SWEET POTATO PIE 
2 1/4 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 eggs, beaten
2 (5 1/3 oz.) cans evaporated milk
2/3 c. milk
2 (9") unbaked pastry shells

Combine sweet potatoes and butter, mixing until blended. Add combined sugar, flour and spices; mix well. Blend in eggs and milk. Pour into crusts. Bake at 425 degrees 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees, continue baking 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
