CELERY CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. boiled chicken or turkey
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream chicken soup
1 sm. jar piemento, chopped

Boil celery, onion, pepper in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes and drain. Add soup and chicken, pimento, celery, onion. Pour into casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs or cornbread dressing mix and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
