CELERY CASSEROLE 
3 c. celery, sliced
1 (5 to 8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can cream chicken soup
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
1 stick butter

In 8 x 8 inch baking dish, layer celery, chestnuts, chicken soup, crackers, and almonds. Melt butter. Pour evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
