PER SERVING:

6 Oreo cookies
1/2 cup vanilla ice-cream

Separate the Oreo biscuits and the cream filling. Place the Oreo biscuits in a bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Scoop 1/3 of the ice cream into a glass and flatten. Put 1/3 of the crumbed Oreo's into the glass in a flat layer. Repeat steps 3-4 until all the Oreo's and ice cream have been used up.

If desired, chop the cream fillings into strips. Garnish the sundae with the cream strips.
