EGGPLANT CASSEROLE 
1 lg. eggplant
1 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion
1 clove of garlic or garlic salt
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Oregano (as desired)
2 lg. pkg. Swiss cheese
Worcestershire sauce

Fry the eggplant and set aside. Cook the hamburger and onion until brown. Add the garlic, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and oregano: simmer 15 minutes.

Layer the eggplant, sauce, Swiss cheese in layers like lasagna, ending with the sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbling hard.
