4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 unbaked pie shell
1 c. Cool Whip
Whipped topping, optional

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat in medium saucepan. Add milk, coconut, eggs and sugar. Stir well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped topping.
