1/2 lb. butter 1/2 lb. cream cheese 1/2 c. beer 4 c. flour 1 can pie filling, any flavor 10X sugar Mix butter, cream cheese, beer and flour, then chill. Roll dough flat on a board dusted with 10X sugar. Cut dough in circles or squares and fill with pie filling. Fold dough over like dumplings. Bake at 375 degrees on a greased pan for 15 minutes or until light brown. Roll cookies in 10X sugar. 4 dozen. |
