HUNGARIAN COOKIES 
3 tbsp. confectioner's sugar
1 lb. butter
4 c. sifted flour
3 beaten egg yolks
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon juice

Cream sugar and butter. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix thoroughly. Chill overnight or for a few hours. Roll out about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into squares or circles. Fill with 1/4 teaspoon of desired filling. Press ends firmly. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool on paper towel. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar while still warm.
