MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans refried beans
2 cans chili without beans
2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn chips

Cook meat, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Put refried beans in casserole; top with chili, meat, grated cheese, and corn chips. Bake until heated through.
