MEXICAN MIX CASSEROLE 
1 (15 oz.) can chili
1 (12 o.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 c. shredded cheese
1-2 c. crushed nacho chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour chili into casserole. Spread corn evenly over chili. Sprinkle cheese over corn. Spread crushed nacho chips over top; press in gently. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with additional nacho chips. Yield: 6 servings.
