CHOCOLATE CHIP GINGERBREAD 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. gingerbread mix
1 egg
1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
3/4 c. milk chocolate chips
Vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine gingerbread mix, egg and water in 8"x8" cake pan. Mix well with fork. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Makes 12 servings.
