MAKE AHEAD POTATOES | |
Potatoes 1 stick butter 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese Garlic salt Milk Paprika Grated cheese Peel and boil potatoes in salted water. Mash, adding slightly more milk than usual. Add 1 stick butter, 1 cup cut up sharp cheddar cheese, garlic salt to taste. Spoon into buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika. Refrigerate or place in freezer. Will keep several days in refrigerator and up to 3 weeks in the freezer. Bring to room temperature before baking. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
