PERFECTION SALAD 
2 env. (2 tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
6 1/2 c. water, divided
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. lemon-flavored gelatin
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 c. chopped cabbage
2 c. shredded carrot
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
Mayonnaise
Paprika

Sprin kle unflavored gelatin in 3 1/4 cups water; heat slowly until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in lemon gelatin, sugar and salt. Add remaining water and lemon juice; chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.

Stir cabbage, carrot, celery, pepper and pimiento into thickened gelatin mixture; pour into a 6 cup mold. Chill until firm. Serve with mayonnaise sprinkled with paprika. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
