ALWAYS PERFECT MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni
3 green peppers
1 bunch celery
1/2 onion
1 doz. eggs
1 lg. Hellmann's mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to taste

Hard boil eggs and cool. Chip green pepper, celery, onion into small pieces, reserving 3 green pepper rings for the top of salad. Cook macaroni until tender; drain well. While macaroni is still hot mix all ingredients, except 1 hard boiled egg, well. Put the 3 reserved rings on top and sliced hard boiled eggs for decoration. Sprinkle with paprika for color. This may look soupy but the mayonnaise will soak in after several hours.
