MACARONI AND SAUSAGE SALAD 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
1 red onion
1 green pepper
3 hard cooked eggs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. oregano
Red onion rings

Cook macaroni. In skillet fry 1/2 inch slices of the sausage until brown. Drain. Chop the onion, green pepper, eggs and parsley. Blend the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Toss macaroni mixture with dressing. Chill and garnish with onion rings.
