MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 to 2 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1/2 c. carrots
6 eggs
1 lg. Bermuda onion
1/2 c. sweet pickles
1 lg. cucumber
1/2 c. celery
12 cherry tomatoes

Prepare macaroni, using directions on box. Drain and let cool. Hard boil eggs; slice into rings (save rings). Chop the rest of the yellow into small pieces. Slice peppers (save 2 to 3 rings for garnish). Chop remaining pepper into small pieces. Also chop small pieces of carrots, cucumber, celery, onion, and pickles; add into small mixing bowl. Mix Miracle Whip, mustard, eggs, and chopped vegetables together. In a large bowl, add cooled elbows and mix well. Add tuna and/or chicken or ham, if desired. Garnish with egg rings, pepper rings, and tomatoes.
