CHANTILLY POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. whipping cream
4 tbsp. grated cheese
Paprika

Peel and wash potatoes and cook in boiling salt water until done. Drain and mash with butter and milk and beat until light and fluffy. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into buttered casserole, cover with the cream that has been whipped until stiff and sprinkle with the cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top. Add Parmesan cheese if desired. Decorate with parsley; it makes a beautiful table dish.
