STRAWBERRY CHANTILLY 
1 (4 oz.) vanilla pudding
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 c. heavy whipping cream
4 sugar substitutes

Combine pudding mix, gelatin and water in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil and thick. Chill to almost set, then stir in strawberries. Prepare whipping cream and add sugar substitutes to taste. Beat with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Blend into pudding mixture. Chill and serve.
