BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage or bacon, cooked
2 c. milk
4 eggs
6 slices bread, cubed
16 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard

Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients. Mix and place mixture into a slightly greased baking dish. Refrigerate covered overnight. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
