CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 head cabbage
1 c. rice, cooked
1 sm. onion, diced
1 qt. tomato juice
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can tomato soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Remove core from cabbage head and cook in water until tender. Mix ground beef, rice, eggs, onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper together. Peel leaves off cooked cabbage head. Fill leaves with ground beef mixture and roll up, tucking edges in as you go. Arrange in layers in kettle. Pour tomato juice and soup over rolls and cook for 1 hour.
