CABBAGE BEEF ROLLS 
10- 12 cabbage leaves
1 lb. ground beef
3 tsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped sweet pepper
3 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Wilt cabbage. Cover and set aside. Mix ingredients. Drain leaves and spoon mixture in each leaf. Roll up and place in baking dish. Pour following sauce mixture over rolls.

SAUCE:

1 c. tomato juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter

Heat ingredients. Pour over rolls. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yields 5 to 6 servings.
