ICE BOX CAKE 
15 graham crackers
3 lb. of powdered sugar
2 tbsp. of butter
1 lg. can of crushed pineapple, save juice
1 lg. carton of Cool Whip

Crush graham crackers. Layer into 28 x 18 inch baking dish. Mix powdered sugar, butter (softened) with enough pineapple juice to make mixture run enough to pour over graham crackers.

Spread crushed (squeeze) pineapple over mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top. Crush 2 graham crackers and sprinkle over top. Chill 4 to 5 hours before serving.
