TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 env. taco seasoning
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 med. lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
4 c. corn chips
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded cheese
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. hot sauce

Brown meat with onion, stir in taco seasoning; simmer and drain. Line bowls with lettuce, layer corn chips, 1/2 cup meat mixture. Sprinkle on cheese. Serve immediately with mixed sauces.
