SAUCY GARDEN PATCH VEGETABLES 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, corn, and red pepper combination, thawed and drained
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

In 8x12 inch baking dish, place vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions. Combine soup, sour cream, milk and seasoned salt; pour evenly over vegetables; stir until well mixed. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered, 5 minutes longer. Makes 8-10 servings.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Prepare as above. Cook, covered, on high 10 minutes; turn halfway through cooking time. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Cook uncovered 1 minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
