SWISS STEAK MOZZARELLA 
2 lb. round steak
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes, cut up
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 c. green pepper
1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese

Cut meat into serving size pieces, coat with flour. Melt butter in a skillet, brown meat on both sides. Place meat in a 12 x 8 inch baking dish.

Combine tomatoes, salt, basil and green pepper. Pour over meat. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, until meat is tender. Remove cover. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. 8 servings.
