BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli (full head), diced fine, only tops
1 c. seedless red or green grapes (whole or cut)
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

DRESSING:

1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. white vinegar

Make up a day ahead, leaving out bacon and almonds. Refrigerate. Add bacon and almonds before serving.
