SUMMER SALAD 
1 c. Mandarin oranges
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. coconut flakes

Drain oranges; cut into small pieces. Drain pineapple and add to oranges. Add marshmallows and let stand until soft (about 1 hour). Add sour cream and coconut flakes. Chill and serve.
