SUMMER CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. green grapes

Mix together chicken, water chestnuts, and celery. Blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce, and lemon juice; pour over chicken mixture. Stir in grapes. Chill several hours.
