BAKED PINEAPPLE (Microwave) 
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
4 c. cubed bread
1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon

Beat eggs well and add sugar. Mix can of pineapple with egg mixture. Take mixture and add to cubed bread and put into microwave safe baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Temperature: high; cooking time: 7 minutes; casserole size; 1 1/2 quart. Servings 6-8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
