2 eggs
2 slices of bread (cubed)
4 smokey links, sliced thin
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. milk
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Put into 6 cup microwave muffin pan, greased and covered. Microwave on bake for 5 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
