BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
8 lg. shrimp, peeled and cooked
2 c. soft bread crumbs
4 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Few grains cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Split the shrimp nearly through and open up butterfly style. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pile onto the shrimp. Place on a shallow baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden. 4 servings.
