6 potatoes, cubed (wet)
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper

Put damp potatoes and rest of ingredients in plastic bag and coat well. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch dish. Spread potatoes in dish and bake 50-60 minutes in 350 degree oven.
