MODERATOR'S GAZPACHO 
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped cucumber
1 chopped clove garlic
15 oz. can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
2 c. tomato juice

Combine onion, garlic, green pepper, cucumber, and tomato sauce in blender. Blend 30 seconds. In large bowl mix blended ingredients with tomato juice, oil, vinegar, and salt. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. May be served with finely chopped cucumber, green pepper, onion, and/or croutons as garnish.
