POTATO DELIGHT CASSEROLE | |
32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed 8 oz. sour cream 1 c. chopped onion 1 can cream chicken soup 2 c. corn flakes 2 c. butter 16 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated Melt 1/2 cup butter in bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan; top with thawed hash browns. Combine sour cream, onion, soup, and cheese in large mixing bowl. Add ingredients on top of hash browns. Crunch corn flakes and pour over ingredients. Pour 1 1/2 cup of butter over corn flakes and bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. |
