SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. shrimp, sauteed in garlic butter
8 oz. crab delights, cut in sm. pieces
1 can quartered artichokes
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 can sliced mushrooms
3 c. cooked rice
2 dashes Tabasco
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. light cream

Saute onion and celery until just wilted. Lightly saute shrimp. Mix mayonnaise, cream, sherry, Worcestershire and seasonings. Mix all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
