SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. sea scallops - 1/2 lb. shrimp
1 lb. crabmeat (special or lump)

Saute until almost tender: 1/2 green pepper, minced 1/2 c. celery, minced

Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add 2 tablespoons flour and stir over heat about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 cup half and half. Cook and stir until smooth. Add: 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp. hot sauce 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Set aside. Cut in scallops in half; drop into boiling water until white (about 5 minutes). Mix crabmeat; scallops (drained) and shrimp into greased baking dish. Add sauteed vegetables. Then fold in white sauce carefully. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
