MAKE AHEAD CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat or crab delights
12 slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
8 hard-cooked eggs, diced
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine crabmeat, bread, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix together milk and mayonnaise, add to mixture. Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and refrigerate overnight.

One hour before serving, remove from refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
