BREDVIK'S IMPOSSIBLE BLUEBERRY PIE | |
1/4 cup water 5 cups blueberries, divided 3/4 cup baking mix (Bisquick) 3/4 sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease or spray with PAM a deep-dish pie pan. Set aside. Put water in blender first. Add 1/2 of the berries, and all other ingredients. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Place the remaining berries in prepared pan. Cover with the blended mixture, being sure that all of the berries are covered. Bake at 425°F for 40 minutes. Submitted by: Martin Bredvik, Mukilteo, WA |
