BAKED ONION SLICES | |
5 lg. onions, sliced 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 1/2 c. hot water 2 tbsp. butter Arrange peeled and sliced onions in greased baking dish. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and pour over onion slices. Dot with butter and bake, uncovered, in a moderate oven at 375 degrees, 45 to 60 minutes or until tender. If they become dry, add more water. Serves 5. |
