BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 stalks fresh broccoli or 3 boxes frozen broccoli
1 wrapped pkg. Town House crackers
Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter

Boil broccoli until tender and drain. Melt butter. Crush crackers into crumbs. Pour melted butter over crackers and mix. Put broccoli in casserole dish and cover with slices of Velveeta cheese. Spoon cracker mixture over the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and crackers begin to brown.
