ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. pork sausage
3 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. rosemary
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 clove garlic, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can pizza sauce
1 lg. pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
3 lengths Polish sausage, cut into short sections
1 pkg. spaghetti noodles cooked per instructions

Brown in skillet the sausage, ground beef, onion and green pepper. Add all other ingredients except pizza sauce and cheese. Cook for 1 hour over low heat. Cook spaghetti noodles and drain. Add noodles to spaghetti sauce and stir until covered with sauce.

Fry Polish sausage in greased and drained from ground beef and sausage. Add cooked Polish sausage sections. Smooth top of mixture and remove from heat. Pour pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle cheese then place in oven under broiler until cheese is melted. Serves enough for 8.
