CHEESY POTATO PIE 
4 c. shredded potatoes
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. onion, sliced
4 slices bacon (crisp)
Dash of pepper

Fry bacon and drain off fat. Rinse and drain potatoes. Add Cheez Whiz, eggs, onion, crumbled bacon. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into wedges.
