MICROAVABLE MEATLOAF 
3 lbs. chopped meat
2 eggs
Bread crumbs (1 to 1 1/2 c.)
1 c. tomato sauce or tomato paste
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together. NOTE: Add 1 cup of bread crumbs first. If necessary, add more.

Mix with spoon or by hand. Make meatloaf in a shallow Pyrex dish. Take a small glass. Form meatloaf around small glass. It will look like a large donut. Microwave for 20 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 10 minutes. Check to see if it is cooked all the way through. If not, cook in 2 minute intervals until done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
